All repairs will be carried out using good quality parts and we will service your vehicle to manufacturers guidelines, without affecting your manufacturers warranty.
We can provide written estimates on request. Payment for work carried out may be by Credit Card, Debit Card, cheque (supported by a cheque guarantee card) or Cash upon collection of the vehicle, unless prior arrangement has been made.
Free courtesy cars are available by prior arrangement, subject to the customer providing Insurance cover.
 Servicing and Repairs
We have several technicians working in our workshops. We have diagnostic equipment which allows us to deal with the majority of electronic faults. We can service and repair all makes and models of light cars and vans to manufacturers guidelines without affecting your manufacturers' warranty.
We can provide written estimates on request. We offer a tyre fitting service. All work will be guaranteed for 12 months or 12000 miles whichever occurs first, unless the part manufacturer specifies a different period. This will not apply where used parts are used.
MOT Test Centre
If your vehicle is 3 years or older you are required by law to have an annual safety check, the Ministry if Transport test, commonly known as the MOT test.
The purpose of the MOT is to ensure the vehicle meets the minimum safety levels required by law.
During the MOT test the nominated tester, an authorised person by the government body called VOSA (Vehicle and Operator Services Agency) will conduct an inspection and series of checks around the vehicle, including the interior, exterior, under the bonnet and under the vehicle. The result of each check is recorded - if the vehicle passes a VT20 "Pass" certificate is issued. If the vehicle fails to meet the required standard a VT30 "Failure" document is issued. Items that are not quite a failure, but worthy of a mention to you so that you can keep an eye on them are drawn to your attention as "advisory items". [ more details ]
