Our Guarantee
Workmanship - All our workmanship is guaranteed to be defect free for 5 years from the date of commissioning. All installed materials and components are installed in accordance with the manaufacturer specification.

Materials and Equipment
In the event of a failure requiring a claim, Greenworx will make the claim against the manufacturer's warranty on your behalf and we will replace the faulty component free of charge.

PV panels come with a five year defects guarantee and a 20 or 25 years performance guarantee. Inverters come with a standard 5 year guarantee. All other materials used in a PV system are covered by the respective manufacurer's 2 year warranty unless otherwise stated.

Our workmanship warranty is insurance backed for your protection. Our workmanship guarantee is insured with the independent Warranty Association (IWA). This includes any contract deposits taken.

Solar PV Energy - Solar Photovoltaic energy is widely used in offices and homes. It uses silicon semi-conductor cells to convert sunlight directly into electricity. Photovoltaic cells (PV's) are most commonly used as roof tiles to take advantage of the light coming from the sun. This is trapped by the cell and turned into electricity. Solar panels can either operate as a stand-alone energy source or feed energy to a grid. They work best when in direct sunlight, but they continue to produce electricity on cloudy days.

Solar Thermal Heating - This efficient and reliable system is based on the ancient principle that water in a dark container will warm up when the sun shines on it. Solar thermal provides energy for a wide range of applications, from domestic hot water and space heating in residential and commercial buildings, to swimming pool heating, solar-assisted cooling, industrial process heat and desalination of drinking water.

Eco Boilers - Gas Condensing Boilers account for around 84% of what you spend in a year on energy bills, so getting an energy efficient boiler can make a big difference to your energy consumption and save you a considerable anount of money.

Eco Lighting - Energy efficient lighting uses up to 80 per cent less electricity than standard lighting, but still produce the same amount of light. In terms of saving energy and money, converting to eco lighting is a must.

Biomass & Bio Fuel - Before the times where electricity was readily available, people generated their own energy from the burning of organic matter like wood. Despite open fires no longer being a usual hosehold feature, today's wood burning boilers and stoves can offer you an energy efficient means of heating your home saving you up to £390 per year as well as reducing CO2 emmisions from the burning of fossil fuels such as coal, gas or oil.

Heats Pumps - You can heat your home with energy absorbed from the air around you. Air source heat pumps absorb heat from the outside air This is usually used to heat radiators, underfloor heating systems, or warm air convectors and hot water in your home.

Insulation - By not insulating your home, you stand to lose at least one quarter of your heat through your roof. By insulating your loft or even topping up the current insulation, you will help to heat up your home more effeciently. By using less energy, you reduce your CO2 emmissions and contribute to the slowing down of climate change as well as saving on your heating costs which ultimately will reduce your energy bills.
